Leading the Philippines’ visionary team of Chroma Hospitality, James brings 28 years of experience in the hotel industry as he paves the way to the aggressive expansion of Quest Hotels and Resorts, Crimson Hotels and Resorts and bringing a homegrown brand on an international level.
Chroma Hospitality currently has a portfolio of 3 to 5-star properties with over 3000 keys under various stages. “Under James’ leadership, Chroma Hospitality continues with its bullish stand on the country’s business environment by adding more hotels and resorts in its portfolio.
Prior to being the Country Manager of Chroma Hospitality, James has worked as the Area General Manager, overseeing the properties under the Crimson and Quest brands. Being a veteran in hotel operations and management, his experience spans a wide range of hotels in various countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Switzerland.

James earned his diploma in Hospitality Management at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management at Bluche, Crans-Montana, Valais, Switzerland and enhanced his management skills at the Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.
